Refunds & Returns Policy

At Backyard Locker, we want you to shop with confidence. If something’s not right, our goal is to make the return process straightforward and fair. Here's how it works:


1. Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns. We only accept products returned by mail. Email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you’re returning the item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.


4. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives broken or doesn’t work as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send you a prepaid return label via email and, once we inspect the item, we’ll either issue a replacement or provide a full refund, including your original shipping charges.


5. Changed Your Mind?
No problem—returns for non-defective items are accepted within 30 days as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used or opened products. You’ll be responsible for shipping it back to us and for purchasing their own label. Once we receive it and verify its condition, we’ll refund the item cost, excluding any shipping fees


6. Getting Your Refund
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t seen the funds after 10 business days, feel free to contact us at support@backyardlocker.com.


7. Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns only, not to defective or incorrect items.
