Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping across the USA on all orders. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day.


Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.


Shipping Method

For standard shipping we typically utilize USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger items may ship via third-party freight carriers using commercial trucks. If your order requires freight shipping, we’ll reach out to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Please ensure your phone number is accurate during checkout to avoid delays.

Freight Shipping Disclosure

Some oversized or heavy items ship via freight carriers rather than standard parcel services. Freight shipping is included at no additional cost, but it follows different procedures that customers must be aware of before placing an order.

Delivery Method (Curbside Only)

  • Freight deliveries are curbside. The driver will deliver your order to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point.

  • Freight carriers do not move items inside your home, garage, or backyard.

  • Assembly and installation services are not included.

Appointment Required

If your order requires freight shipping, we’ll reach out to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.
Please ensure your phone number is accurate during checkout to avoid delays.

  • Freight carriers typically require a delivery appointment window.

  • You will be contacted once your shipment reaches the local terminal.

Liftgate Service

  • Liftgate service is included with our free freight shipping for heavy or oversized items.

  • If your location is not accessible for a liftgate truck, the carrier may designate an alternate delivery location.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The delivery location must be safe and accessible for a large freight truck.

  • If the carrier cannot access your address, pickup may be required at the nearest freight terminal.

Inspection at Delivery

  • Please inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If damage is visible, note it clearly or refuse delivery.

  • Hidden damage must be reported to us within 24-48 hours.

Transit Times

  • Freight shipments are typically shipped within a two-week period; transit time varies depending on your location but usually takes no more than two weeks. You can expect to receive your unit three to four weeks from date of payment. Please let us know your required timing when placing an order.

All standard freight charges are covered under our Free Shipping offer. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout for freight deliveries.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, we’ll send a second email with tracking information, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. 

If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.


Need to Change Your Shipping Address?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@backyardlocker.com.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If the order has already left our facility, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We'll resolve the issue promptly and cover return shipping if needed.
